Online Ordering:

To make an order please browse our online catalog and make a selection. Once you have finished with your selections you may view your shopping cart to make updates, or go directly to the checkout page to make payment by credit card or email money transfer.

Payment Information:

Visa, Master Card, or American Express credit cards accepted.
When paying with credit cards, please include current billing address.
Card holder signature may be required prior to shipment.
There will be a admin service fee of 3% + 0.30 cents added to your order.
You may pay by email money transfer as well to coveredandcoyxe@gmail.com. Please follow the instructions for email money transfer at time of checkout.

Shipping Information:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CST) will be filled within two (2) business days.
All orders will be shipped using Canada Post.  All local deliveries are in person, and not utilizing a postal service.  Free local pickup is for Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville only. If you are outside of this area, please choose the local delivery option.

Three day, second day & next day shipping available upon customer request and expense.

This cost will vary based on the country and dollar value of the order.

Undeliverable Shipments:

The customer will be responsible for paying the original shipping fee, and all costs incurred by Covered & Co for the return shipping and/or customs fees, plus a restocking fee of 10%. Orders that were shipped over $250.00 and returned will also be charged for the original shipping incurred by Covered & Co.

Return Policy

We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly! We cannot hold items without payment. All held orders must be picked up within 48 hours.

Return Policy
Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund within 4 days of signing for your parcel, or picking up your order. Regular priced items & pre-order items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of signing for your parcel, or picking up your order.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance prices items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important note: Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging, with the original tags attached. Items returned that do not comply may be denied at the discretion of Covered & Co, and its representatives. Please note, there will be NO exceptions to our return policy.

Return Instructions (online orders)
If you wish to return your purchase, please email us at coveredandcoyxe@gmail.com. A member of our team will be in touch within one business day, and provide you with our return address, as well as a return authorization number. This number MUST be included on the outside of your parcel.
Once your return parcel arrives, a member of our team will inspect your return, and will be in contact via email within 3 business days to complete the process.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns should be sent by your domestic mail service, and we highly recommend parcels be fully insured with a tracking number, in the same fashion that they are sent. Please do not return the parcels C.O.D.

Once the item is returned it will be inspected, and a member of our team will be in contact via email to confirm the refund to your account.

Anything that smells of smoke or other offensive odors, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.
